Well put Dave. I think the hardest thing about multiplying a hometeam is just starting. We too had fears when we multiplied from the group we were attending to becoming leaders literally from one week to the next. At first we kind of freaked out thinking we could not do it, or feeling that we were not ready. But looking back that was absolutely the best thing that happened to our hometeam, and significantly enhanced our abilities to be leaders. Had we not done it like that we may not have become leaders for another year or so, or maybe never at all. For anyone who is in a hometeam that needs to multiply, you have to just step out of the boat and give it to God. Waiting for "the right time" will never happen, because satan will continue to tell you that you will fail, or that you are not good enough. And you will never achieve all the blessings that God has for you. Listen to that little voice that is urging you to do something for the kingdom. Listen to the Voice of Truth, and watch your spiritual walk become stronger than you could ever imagine. But be armed for the attacks, and stay grounded in the word.

Keep up the good work.
